Notarial Acts with signatures
Price: $20 for first signature and $10 each additional signature notarized in one appointment up to 11 signatures or $120. Additional signatures after that in the same appointment will be free.
This covers the most common notarial acts: Acknowledgments, Jurats, Signature Witnessing etc. These are found on common documents like car titles, affidavits, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Living Wills, etc.
Add on printing services
Price: $0.30 per page of letter size paper, $0.60 per page of legal size paper, Black and white available only
Save time by sending your documents to us digitally and having us print them for you!
You can send documents as an attachment via email to clara@burtonnotaryservices.com, or you can have us download them from a secure cloud platform per your instructions. You may also have your attorney or other organization send documents to us.
Secure Courier Service
Price: $10 per drop off location, plus travel fees for each mile traveled one way. See Travel Fees. Miles to pick up location do not apply when bundled with another notary service. Price will be communicated upon appointment confirmation.

Copy certification
Price: $15 per document up to 16 pages. Larger documents will incurr a printing fee if applicable.
In the state of Kentucky notaries can make a certified copy of any non-recordable document so that your original stays safe. Please note that we must book at a location with an available copier.
Travel FEES
Price:
No travel fee within 3 miles
$2.00 per mile for 3-15 miles
$1.50 per mile for 16-30 miles
$1.00 per mile for 31 miles or more
Miles will be calculated one-way from 1527 Highland Ave Louisville, KY 40204. Fees will communicated and agreed upon when your appointment is confirmed.
Downtown Travel Fee
Price: $10 flat rate
Downtown is tricky for parking and driving. This is why we have higher flat rate fee to cover extra expenses and time.
Card Transaction fee
Price: 3% of amount charged
Burton Notary Services can take payment by card via Square. If you do not wish to pay the card transaction fee you may pay via cash or check. Please see payment policies.
Loan signing agent services
Price: Negotiated and confirmed in writing before appointment. Standard fee is $150 per closing.

Discounts
Medicaid Discount
Burton Notary Services is commited to helping the community. We think legal services should be accesible to everyone. As such we offer a 50% discount to anyone who is on medicaid or food stamps. Please have proof of participation in these programs available upon request.
service member discount
We provide a $5 discount per signature discount on all documents for veterans and active-duty service members.
Further, no signature/notarial act fee applies for veterans, active-duty service members and their spouses or dependents for documents related to federal benefits per Kentucky state law.
Please have proof of service available. Travel fees still apply.
Loan signing Agent New client discount
